A new Japanese trailer has been released for Shinya Tsukamoto‘s Tetsuo the Bullet Man featuring some action and special effects shots. After premiering the film at the Venice Film Festival last September and then screening it at several other international film festivals like Sitges and Pusan, distributor Asmik Ace is finally gearing up for a domestic release this May.

Plot: The life of an ordinary American businessman living in Tokyo with his Japanese wife (Akiko Monou) and a three-year-old son changes forever after a sudden tragedy. His extreme anger turns his body metallic to fight at a ultra-fast speed against a mysterious evil in the dynamically-changing city of Tokyo.
