In a time when Japan’s birthrate continues declining, one area remains the exception. The village of Kaname has the highest birthrate in all of Japan and the Prime Minister is set to arrive to celebrate this distinction. Everyone seems to be giddy except for one 14-year-old girl. She knows the real reason for the recent boom and is determined to write a letter to a prominent journalist that details all that led up to the bizarre night of indiscriminate group sex 14 years earlier.

@yobgol Most DVDs are interlaced to look better on older TVs. It does seem a bit tougher for PC players to deinterlace Viz releases though (Thu. 4:47pm)
