Trailer - Trick: Reinosha Battle Royale

A full trailer has was recently released for Yukihiko Tsutsumi‘s “Trick: Reinosha Battle Royale”, the third film continuing the story started in the popular TV Asahi drama.

The new film is set in a village which is holding a “spiritual medium battle royale” to replace their leader, Kamihaeru, whom they believe to be a powerful clairvoyant. It is said that they have 100 days to replace Kamihaeru or harm will come to the village. Yamada (Yukie Nakama) decides to utilize her talent for theatrical magic tricks to earn some cold hard cash. However, physics professor and ardent skeptic Ueda (Hiroshi Abe) follows close behind, hoping to put a stop to the village’s silly custom altogether.

“Gekijoban Trick: Reinosha Battle Royale” will be released by Toho on May 8, 2010.
